A NEW DEMAND STUDY TO UNDERSTAND FUTURE REQUIREMENTS TO MAXIMISE ACCESSIBILITY DUE TO THE BAKERLOO LINE EXTENSION

00, with Avison Young, prepared the new demand study to underpin an AAP for the Old Kent Road, one of London’s most important industrial employment corridors.

The Study sets out a detailed analysis of likely future demand and space requirements, provides guidance on how these uses can be delivered in a more intense urban environment, and the key delivery factors that need to be considered to retain the Old Kent Road as a working neighbourhood – albeit one which presents a higher quality offer whilst accommodating new residential development. Critically it also considers issues of affordability.
