00 longlisted: New names join stars on epic Thamesmead Waterfront longlist

00 are delighted to be selected by Peabody and Lendlease on the longlist of 10 teams, featuring more than 100 firms and designers, for its £8 billion Thamesmead Waterfront development – including six AJ 40 under 40 emerging practices among major industry names.

00 have worked in Thamesmead for more than 5 years on the Lakeside Centre with Bow Arts Trust and most recently on Southmere Boat Club which is due on site early this year.
