New Project: Griffith House TfL Workspace at Edgware Road

00 have won the refurbishment of ~160,000m2 of workspace in TfL’s Griffith House at Edgware Road through the Mayor’s ADUP Framework: Lot 5 Architecture - Commercial, Workspace, Health, Education, and Civic Buildings. We will be supported by Webb Yates Engineers.

We look forward to working with TfL Estates Management to achieve their ambition and vision for Griffith House, which we believe has the potential to become an iconic landmark for the TfL community to flourish in, and to be an exemplar of quality design, innovative working, and environmental performance at a time when national focus is returning to the wide benefits of “retrofit”.
