Framework Selection

00 are delighted to announce that we have been selected for LHC's Architect Design Services Framework, where we are on Lot 4 Commercial / Industrial (value band 2: £5m+ - £20m).

LHC is a not-for-profit, central purchasing body who develop OJEU-compliant frameworks in England, Scotland (on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance) and Wales (on behalf of the Welsh Procurement Alliance). LHC's frameworks are available to all publicly or partially funded contracting authorities to procure works, goods and services to construct, refurbish and maintain social housing, schools and public buildings.

This Framework will allow public sector organizations across London, with a broader scope, to deliver new homes as well as landscape design, commercial, industrial, social care and other requirements. The objective is a framework for appointing architects of all sizes and experience who will be committed to working with Southwark and any other Contracting Authorities in London to create good quality public sector design for the 2020s.
