Sutton Works

00 led a feasibility study for the conversion of the former BHS department store in Sutton Town Centre into an Innovation Workspace Hub as part of the council’s ambitions to diversify the retail environment of the pedestrianised high street. LB Sutton received Good Growth development funding to commission an architectural and business model feasibility study, including soft market testing with workspace operators. Our work included a range of scenario options with associated business models that allowed the client and GLA to assess the financial viability and impact of the scheme. 00 also developed the vision and structuring of the workspace model used to successfully apply for Good Growth capital funding of £1.3m.
